The CNEP Banque mobile application provides a convenient and accessible platform for banking services at any time and from anywhere. Available 24/7, it eliminates the need to visit a branch for routine transactions, thereby enhancing user autonomy and operational efficiency.

The application allows users to manage their bank accounts with ease, offering functionalities such as account access, viewing credit statuses, and performing transfers freely. The app is free of charge and utilizes the same login credentials as those used for the bank’s e-Banking platform, ensuring seamless integration.

The interface comprises two main sections:

• An public section that offers general information and peripheral services (Guide, Offers, Branch Locator), accessible to all users.
• An authenticated section, accessible via e-Banking credentials, which grants access to a range of secure banking services listed below.

Within the authenticated environment, users can:

• View account balances and recent transactions;
• Search for specific operations within account statements;
• Access and share their banking identification number (RIB);
• Follow foreign exchange rates and convert currencies;
• Communicate with the bank through the messaging feature;
• View card details and card statements;
• Execute transfers and sign payment remittances;
• Manage beneficiaries;
• Locate nearby branches and ATMs of the bank.

This application ensures all transactions are carried out in a secure environment.
